My favorite way of getting new clients is through word-of-mouth. Jessica & Jake heard about me from a guest at Melissa & Ian's wedding...a guest! We met for the first time over a glass of wine in the South End, and I have enjoyed every moment that I have spent with them since. They have also been amazing champions of my photography - passing my name on to other couples. I'm photographing a wedding in two weeks and meeting with another couple this week because of them...and this is all before they've seen images from their own wedding.
There are a good amount of photos to share, but I have anecdotes to share before we get to them...Jessica, her bridesmaids, and her family were amazingly calm before the ceremony - which created a wonderful mood before the day really got going. One of my favorite parts of the day was walking into the room in the back of the church to say hello to Jake and seeing him with eyes full tears. And lastly, I didn't know this beforehand, but the jetty that we took photos on was the same jetty Jake took Jessica to after dinner on their first date. A perfect spot for their wedding day photographs.
