Megan & Zack | Frozen Lake Snowshoe Shoot

With the impending blizzard in Boston not actually happening this weekend, I was thinking back on all that snow that began to fall around this time last year. I was reminded of this fun pre-wedding shoot we had with Megan & Zack last winter, snowshoeing (mine & Peter's first time) on Lake Monomonac where Megan grew up. A frozen lake and snowshoeing! I had a smile the entire time. Such fun!

Was anyone else looking forward to the snow storm this coming weekend? It's okay. I have faith. A year ago we still didn't have the first major storm yet. Lots of time left!

Karla & Todd | Ocean Gateway Wedding

Happy New Year! I still have plenty of weddings and shoots to show you from 2015, so off we go!

Karla & Todd were married in Karla’s hometown of Portland, ME this summer. They were wed in a beautiful old church founded in 1730 – First Parish Congregational Church in Yarmouth, and then everyone was off to celebrate at Ocean Gateway. I had never been there before, and it turned out to be a really fun place to shoot. The windows overlook the water and the sky did not disappoint that day either.
